Instructions for Use

  1. Position the Thulium Fiber Laser System on a stable surface and connect it to the recommended power supply. 
  2. Connect the appropriate sterile laser fiber securely to the laser system. 
  3. Turn on the system and select the required surgical mode and preset. 
  4. Set the pulse energy, frequency, and power according to the planned procedure. 
  5. Introduce the laser fiber through the compatible endoscope under continuous visualization. 
  6. Activate the laser using the foot switch while maintaining the recommended fiber-to-tissue distance. 
  7. Adjust laser parameters as needed during lithotripsy or soft tissue surgery. 
  8. Place the system in standby mode before removing the laser fiber. 
  9. Disconnect and dispose of the single-use fiber or reprocess reusable accessories according to hospital protocol. 
  10. Clean the laser system exterior and prepare it for the next procedure.
